I was driving around looking for auto repair shop around the neighborhood and I was glad I made a good decision. I spoke to Kathy , she is very professional soft spoken and she makes you feel comfortable. The service I got was superb. There was no pressure and sales talk. You feel confident they are going to take good care if your vehicle.

Many times people ask me to leave a review, this place never said a word about it. I randomly found this business in search of a SMOG check AND and a place that could fix it if my car didn't pass. They suggested an appointment, which I prefer. The place is organized, clean, welcoming--with a giant living room-sized waiting room and comfy furniture, and extremely convenient if you live in North San Jose. What makes this place so great though is the woman behind the front desk, whose name I forgot to ask, who is polite, helpful, efficient, and gave me a subtle upsell that felt just right. I came home to emailed receipts, estimates, and the knowledge the service I paid for was transmitted to the right people. I'll certainly be back. Very impressive.

2021: Came back a year later and still received exceptional service. 9:15am appt. out by 9:45am. And like I said in my last review, I would return for my next Smog check. Glad I did. 2020: WOW! Came in on a Wednesday morning at 9:20am, they drove my car in for the smog check at 9:25am, and I was out of there by 9:50am!!! I am a busy woman who owns her own business and needed to be at my studio by 10:30am and wasn't sure if I was going to make it. Well, I sure did! The lady at the desk was very kind and offered exceptional customer service. The waiting area was large and comfortable. Wait time for smog check was way better than I expected. My vehicle PASSED and I left happy! They will receive my business again for my next smog check.
