Took Jeep in for tire balance. We insist on Road force balance and they have it. Needed to wait at their facility until they completed work. First everyone I met was friendly and helpful, answered all my questions briefly but thoroughly. Very pleasant folks to be around. The waiting room is nice with comfortable leather sofas and several large televisions. There’s even a desk complete with regular plugs and USB to charge computer and phone, I believe they had free wifi though I didn’t use it. While you’re there, check out all the cool vintage signage on the walls. They did an excellent job on the Jeep and explained details including print outs of the results and measurements. Also got alignment check and received a printout as well. Overall great folks, excellent service and a wonderful experience.
