Fast! They get you in and out of there before you know it. They are nice and easy to work with, and tell you exactly what's going on. An older woman was there before me and he took the time to explain to her exactly what was wrong and why. Gave her options on where to take it and offered to help her in any way he could including talking to the service shop about what was going on with her car. Just a really great group of people.

No wait when I arrived at 4:30pm on a Friday afternoon. Really nice guy who helped me out. Answered all the questions I had. In and out in 15 mins. Easiest and fastest experience I've had getting a smog test.

Very friendly for an auto place. Air conditioned. Good magazines. No line. Yelp checkin discount. I passed. Five staronies!

They were very efficient: I think I only wait for 10 or 15 minutes. Don't forget to Chek-In with Yelp to have a great discount!

Very Friendly, Showroom is comfortable, and everything was done in a timely manner. I showed up early and this guy helped me and explained everything. When the testing was done, he also notified my tires was low and he did the courtesy of filling them up. Above and beyond service!

No line. No wait. I spent about 15 minutes here. The process was straight forward, and the guy working the desk was very patient. It was my first California smog check, so I had all of the wrong paperwork (had to run back to my car to get the right stuff). He also walked me through what I needed to bring with me to the DMV. In order to save a few dollars, check in through the Yelp app (~$40) or get the $20 off coupon from their website (~$50).

I needed a STAR certified smog test station, and found that The Smog Man was certified and had rave reviews on Yelp. Came in on a Friday morning around 10:00 AM. There was one person ahead of me, so I took a seat in the waiting room. I waited around 10 minutes before it was my turn. The guy working was friendly and efficient. He looked over my papers, and gave me a $20 discount for checking in on Yelp. I waited another 15 minutes for him to test my car, and that was it. Easy peasy! Definitely going to be coming back for my future smog tests.

I got off work late once again and needed a smog real bad. I called The Smog Man at 5:45pm. He answered the phone. I asked him what time they close and he said 5:30pm. I asked him if he could please stay open for me a few more min because I had to get my car smoged and I was at least 15 min away. He said no problem bring it in I will be here. On the way from work I hit traffic so I called him again he said dont worry just drive safe he will be here. I was amazed at how polite and professional he is. I finally got there at 6:40 over an hour after they close. He met me at the desk he had the roll up door open and he took care of my car for me without any issues and he even gave me a discount. I can see why he has a 5 star rating I will recommend this to friends and family.

This shop is now a STAR certified shop! Came in on this sunny day and was greeted by the manager/owner. Awesome friendly guy who was quick to get my car in. 3-4 other cars rolled in right after me and were willing to wait. Obviously they didn't have to wait because there are other shops around. So you know this shop is legit. His techs were smooth and fast on getting things done. I don't know about the rest of everyone, but sometimes you can tell when a tech is sloppy or doesn't want to work (they drag things around, slam doors, throw things, etc), but these guys were careful in not scratching anything. So this shop is definitely a new-car-friendly shop. Shop is clean and not cluttered like other shops. There are a few chairs in the front waiting room for those who happen to have their family along. After everything was done, the manager was helpful on giving tips on how to get registration done fast. Other shops will just take your smog money and just throw you back out in the street.... THANKS SMOGMAN! I'm bringing in a family's car in soon
